Not quite 24 hours, but close enough. Today was a normal day, except no herb. To prepare for gainful employment I have chosen to curtail the smoking until I don't know for how long.
My appointment with Dr. Nelson Reinhardt went well. We talked about how I am feeling, what I can do to ease things and how to get support from people I love. I don't know how I feel about things just yet. I am still getting to know me.
I worked in the garden today and had many moments when I would've loved a bong hit. It's reflexive, my mind goes there and and I said to myself, "hey self, go take your mind somewhere else".
